No Refund Policy

• Rico Study follows a strict no-refund policy for all digital products.
• As our products are instant digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been provided.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare scenarios:

• Accidental duplicate payments.
• A verified technical issue that prevents access to the product and cannot be resolved by our support team.

Refund Process

• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• If approved, the refund amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed and access to the download has been provided.
